Your choice of a thread adapter to replace various common Zerk fittings in straight, 45° or 90° elbow optoins allow you to relocate the grease fitting and change the angle so the hose can navigate tight spaces and angles.

Note that with any extension hose, you’ll want to fill the hose with grease before using. Grease regularly to ensure that the grease within the hose doesn’t separate into the base oil and thickener. If the grease separates, you may see signs of insufficient lubrication in your bearings. For more information, see this great article from Machinery Lubrication.
